Would've been a pleasant experience if the man hadn't been complaining the whole time and speaking out of term in Spanish (which we could clearly understand). We went to your establishment in hopes of getting repair done by a trusted mechanic, but left with plenty of doubt of ever going back. If you don't want to do the job, simply say so.

It was a very hectic morning, with a lot of different communications going on in the service area (with customers, with parts deliverers, and with employees, some of whom are Spanish speaking), and we apologize that you were uncomfortable. We will be more mindful of how our interactions affect people, so thank you. Please understand, we did in fact want the job (which is why we took the time to diagnose it), and we tried to be accommodating to your needs and timing, even offering you a ride home or to work. But, you chose to go another route, and that’s okay. But, again, we do apologize that your experience with us was so unpleasant.
