Mr. Bernal, We’re sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience with our business, and that you felt it necessary to give us this very low rating. Because you did not write an actual review, we do not know what you were specifically dissatisfied with. But, I presume it was because we could not get your vehicle in for work as soon as you liked. As I’m sure you were told on the phone, we have an abundance of work, but we do not have enough technicians; so, we have to schedule only a few jobs a day. As such, our appointment calendar for May was already filled when you called; only June appointments were available. When we’re unable to accommodate a customer’s preference on when they want to get their vehicle in, we will often give the customer the names and phone numbers of other reputable shops in town, who may be able to get your vehicle in sooner. We are happy to refer customers to other shops, who may have more technicians than we do and who are able to get customers in more quickly. The fact that we could not get your vehicle in as quickly as you wanted … is this why you chose to give us a very low rating? We would hope that you would have first asked to speak to one of us (the owners -- Mr. or Mrs. Lopez) directly, sharing your concern, before posting this rating.
